Terms and Conditions
Deposit required: A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. Deposits can be paid by direct deposit, money order or credit care (2% merchant fee applies). If your deposit is not received within 7 days of our confirmation or availability, we will reserve the right to re-allocate your reserved dates to another party
without notice to you.
Balance due: The balance 50% of the total tariff is required on arrival by cash, money order or credit card (2% merchant fee applies).
Cancellation policy: Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to occupancy a 50% cancellation fee of the total deposit will apply. Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to occupancy, there will be no refund of your deposit.
Rates: All tariffs are subject to change without notice, and are only valid for the dates shown. Guest bookings are protected against any increase in rates once the relevant deposit is paid. If bookings are made more than 6 months in advance tariff will be subject to price increase if applicable.
Conditions of stay: We wish to advise you that any items in the Villa are not for sale. On arrival we request your credit card details for any items that you wish to take home with you, in this circumstance your credit card will be charged accordingly. The kitchen must be left as it was found on check in or an additional house-keeping fee will be charged (minimum of $30).
- Smoking is not permitted inside the Villas
- Check in time is 2 pm and check out is 10 am
- No oils or body butters are to be used on the luxurious bed linen
